David Cowzer's high-octane novel, A Matter of Life and Death (Six DegreesWest) brought together a silver-spoon Killiney rich kid and a guy from a deprived area of Dublin who discover a drugs stash in a car tyre and take on the crime-lords against a background of the World Cup. What more could you ask for?" Kate Holmquist © 2006 The Irish Times

| Nick Dunne Davis for TD | ||
|
Nick Dunne Davis is an Independent candidate and second hand car salesman running for election in Dublin South East. Nick has strong policies on the environment (he's against it), third level education (he's for it, but only for the "right kind of people") and a more equal society (he's definitely against it). He insists that his drug fuelled, criminal associated days are behind him, at least until he gets elected. You can read more about Nick's seedy past and his famous road trip from Dublin to Tokyo in A Matter of Life and Death on this site www.ndd.ie Nick's next book is due out in 2008 and may feature his shady dealings with well known politicians, depending on the latest libel laws
